What we do and how it works:

Cardiff and Vale County Schoolboys Football is an organisation run by teachers and supported by primary and secondary schools in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan.

Boys recommended by their schools are chosen, via trials, to join these teams. Boys selected for our County teams at trials will have the opportunity to represent both his school and his county in competitions against other counties in Wales.

Opportunities arise for boys playing in our teams to be recommended for the South Wales and the National Squads because games are watched by the national selectors. Additionally, games are frequently visited by Premier League scouts and several ‘old boys’ have signed for Premier League clubs!
